After violating state law and ramming McCain advisor, John F. Lehman's, Superferry through without an EIS, Governor Lingle must be gnashing her teeth to see the VP prize slip from her grasp and be picked up by Alaska governor, Sarah Palin.
Turns out the Bush/Cheney/Rove/McCain don't have much loyalty to those who do them favors and then get caught. They dumped Lingle in a heartbeat for the other GOP woman governor.
Poor Lingle. She ruined her reputation for nothing.
